You grant TechyCrm a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your Customer Content.
  • Obtaining all required permissions and legal rights to collect and process data.
  • Compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and data protection laws.
  • Managing permissions and consent from your contacts, customers, and leads.

TechyCrm does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or reliability of Customer Content.

5. Leads, Contacts, and Communications

Users are solely responsible for all leads, contacts, customer records, messages, emails, and communications managed through the Services.

You agree that:

  • You have lawful authority to store and process contact information.
  • You will obtain required consent where legally required.
  • You will not send spam, unsolicited communications, or unlawful marketing messages.
  • You will comply with applicable anti-spam and communication regulations.

TechyCrm is not responsible for the quality, legality, ownership, or accuracy of any leads or contact data entered into the platform.

6. Email Integration

The Services may allow integration with third-party email providers.

By connecting an email account, you authorize TechyCrm to access, process, synchronize, store, and display email-related data necessary to provide requested functionality.

TechyCrm will not intentionally access email content except as required to deliver platform features and services.

You remain responsible for:

  • Maintaining permissions for connected accounts.
  • Compliance with applicable email laws and regulations.
  • The content and recipients of communications sent through integrated email services.

7. Calendar Integration

The Services may allow integration with third-party calendar providers.

By connecting a calendar account, you authorize TechyCrm to access, synchronize, create, modify, and display calendar events as instructed by you.

You acknowledge that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHYCRM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHYCRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHYCRM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TECHYCRM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechyCrm, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your Customer Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
